About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end localisation of integrated campaigns across TV, Radio, Digital, Print, Social, and OOH
- Oversee cultural review, transcreation, and quality control processes
- Liaise with local and global teams and media agencies to finalize deliverable lists
- Guarantee timely delivery and trafficking of creative assets to media owners
- Maintain expertise in technical specifications and media formats
- Collaborate with external agencies, producers, and creative leads to schedule resources
- Refine project management tools and workflows for localisation efficiency
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in transcreation project management, localisation, or integrated production
- Hands-on experience managing localisation workflows across diverse media channels
- Ability to execute against complex media plans
- Experience working with global and local stakeholders
- Strong prioritisation skills for managing multiple simultaneous workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in a European language other than English
- Degree in Languages, International Studies, or a related field
- Proficiency with automation tools and new technologies
