Local Trial Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned portions of clinical studies to optimize speed, quality, and cost of delivery
• Contribute to the development of integrated study management plans with core project teams
• Set objectives for project sub-teams and monitor performance against contractual requirements
• Identify project risks and contingencies, partnering with project leaders on resolution efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to manage study issues and achieve milestones
• Support project leaders in ensuring financial success and managing change control processes
• Lead sub-team efforts and manage vendor-related activities as required by the project

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or a related field
• 2 years of clinical research experience
• Proven experience in submissions and regulatory processes
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local clinical trial regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
