Local Team Lead Digital Services

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the local IT/OT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of local IT/OT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Coordinate and prioritize IT/OT support requests to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Act as a project lead for strategic IT/OT initiatives on both a local and international level.
• Collaborate with international IT teams to maintain the global digital technology environment.
• Provide first- and second-line global technical support for hardware, operating systems, and business applications.
• Ensure compliance with all IT/OT policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT/OT support or a similar technical role.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of IT/OT systems, hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT/OT service management frameworks.
• Relevant technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar.
• Knowledge of SAP systems.
• Multilingual capabilities.
