Responsibilities
- Provide personalized technical support to clients, understanding and responding to specific needs
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment through regular checks and rapid problem resolution
- Offer exceptional customer service by answering questions and guiding users on equipment use
- Identify and resolve technical issues, collaborating with other teams when necessary
- Provide basic training on equipment and software to improve user autonomy
- Manage requests and priorities effectively
- Maintain detailed reports on interventions and proposed service improvements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a local support technician role (apprenticeships included)
- Solid knowledge of Apple support (Mac, iPhone, etc.)
- Conversational English level (minimum B2/C1)
- Autonomous, organized, and strong listening skills
- Strong sense of customer service
