Local Supply Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan ingredient replenishment for the premix plant or warehouse within the country, maintaining a supply plan up to 4 months (M+4).
• Track inbound logistics to ensure just-in-time delivery of goods.
• Resolve supply gaps using the most economical options available.
• Place orders to local suppliers and follow up on deliveries.
• Work with stakeholders to reduce or eliminate "stocks at risk" and ensure supply availability for the M+1 plan.
• Plan "next day" process orders based on sales order RETA and coordinate with production.
• Attend local meetings to stay updated on developments and interact with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant planning experience.
• 3-5 years of production planning experience, preferably within a multinational enterprise.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to evolving business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MRPII or SAP systems.
• Proven project management experience.
