Local Study Associate Director - Oncology

Responsibilities

• Manage high-profile oncology clinical studies proactively from feasibility through to study results
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trials according to time plans, budgets, and quality standards
• Provide effective study management across multiple high-profile oncology projects
• Ensure all study activities comply with international guidelines and local regulations

Requirements

• Proven project management skills within a clinical research environment
• Strong medical knowledge of the Oncology therapeutic area
• Bachelor's degree in life science or a related discipline, or equivalent qualification
• Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP international guidelines and relevant local regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the Drug Development Process
• Excellent understanding of the Clinical Study Process, including monitoring
• Demonstrated integrity and high ethical standards
