Local Store Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver local marketing campaigns across store openings, activations, and performance-led initiatives.
• Drive in-store traffic by partnering with operations, media agencies, shopping centres, and local communities.
• Act as the primary marketing point of contact for retail teams, responding to store requests and providing support.
• Manage logistics, timelines, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of campaigns within budget.
• Oversee local digital presence and brand consistency across platforms like Google My Business and retailer websites.
• Track campaign performance and manage budgets, including maintaining purchase orders and cost logs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a local, retail, or field marketing role, ideally in a multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute localized marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with retail teams, agencies, and external stakeholders.
• Strong project coordination, time management, and budget management skills.
• Hands-on experience managing local digital presence, specifically Google My Business and online directories.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external partners.
