About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Service Front End Sales team to implement service sales strategies and achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing installed base (IB) potential and developing service-focused account plans.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers within the energy sector.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability in collaboration with global and local managers.
  • Manage the LSU budget, sales, and operations planning in coordination with regional managers and controllers.
  • Drive sales efficiency by coaching team members in sales planning, negotiation, and customer segment expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Industry or an equivalent relevant field.
  • Significant and demonstrable experience in Service Sales and Installed Base (IB) Management.
  • Proven experience working within the Energy sector.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills and ability to manage stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
