Local Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain advertising contracts and orders with a high degree of accuracy
• Coordinate the scheduling, launch, and execution of advertising campaigns across broadcast and digital platforms
• Assist Account Executives and Sales Managers in developing customized sales proposals and client presentations
• Create compelling support materials, marketing collateral, and a bi-weekly sales department newsletter
• Compile, analyze, and distribute digital campaign performance reports and ROI recaps
• Support sales leadership with performance reporting and maintain organized departmental documentation
• Communicate effectively with Sales, Traffic, Production, Finance, and Digital Operations teams

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales support, media operations, marketing, or advertising preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present campaign performance data
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with WideOrbit, MediaLine, or similar media platforms is a plus
