Local Payer Engagement Manager

Responsibilities

• Activate and localise Coloplast’s payer value proposition by building tailored engagement strategies for Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) across the UK.
• Develop deep insight into local commissioning landscapes and segment payers to design targeted engagement campaigns.
• Align strategies with ICB priorities, including pathway redesign, outcomes improvement, and system sustainability.
• Lead the creation of local payer-focused campaigns and communication materials.
• Strengthen Coloplast’s presence at key local and national forums.
• Provide critical payer insight to support tenders and service proposals.
• Collaborate closely with Strategic Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Payers & Evidence teams.

Requirements

• Strong storytelling and communication skills to engage senior NHS stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate complex clinical, economic, and operational data into compelling messages.
• Experience developing engagement campaigns, communication materials, or marketing tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build professional credibility.
• Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to influencing system-level change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payer engagement, commissioning, or market access.
• Background in wider NHS commercial roles.
