Local Owner Operator - Fuel Tanker Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely transport chemical and petroleum products using tank trailers in compliance with DOT regulations
• Manage business operations including fuel purchases, trip planning, and scheduling to maximize revenue
• Perform loading and unloading procedures for ISO/Flexi-Bag or Tanker operations
• Maintain equipment to ensure all trucks meet inspection standards and remain in top condition
• Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and adherence to Hazmat regulations
• Provide professional customer service at all delivery locations
• Maintain availability for 24/7 operations as needed

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Tanker Endorsement (N)
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tanker driving experience
• Late model equipment that meets company inspection standards
• Minimum 23 years of age
• Clean MVR and strong safety record
• Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Hazmat Endorsement (H)
• TWIC Card
