About the role

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations (Windows 11) and servers (Windows Server 2022)
  • Manage IT inventory, hardware lifecycle, and equipment replacement cycles
  • Manage dev kits and test kits
  • Resolve software and hardware incidents and bugs
  • Administer accounts, access, and permissions via Active Directory
  • Support and evolve local conference and meeting infrastructure
  • Coordinate with network and admin teams for local infrastructure evolution
  • Manage alarm systems and access control
  • Provide proximity IT support with a customer service orientation
  • Conduct IT security and tool training sessions
  • Provide technical and logistical support for internal and external studio events

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Windows 11 and Windows Server
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, IPv4 addressing, TCP/IP, VLAN, and Wi-Fi
  • Rigorous and meticulous task management
  • Good level of English (oral and written)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Linux
  • Passion for video games and gaming culture
