Local IT Admin

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for ERP/SAP system users, including user lock management and interface anomalies.
• Diagnose and resolve critical or recurring system issues on Windows Client/Server and/or macOS operating systems.
• Supervise and perform routine maintenance of local IT infrastructure, including local servers, NAS devices, network equipment, and backup systems.
• Perform initial diagnosis of local network outages and execute basic restoration activities for connectivity and service disruptions.
• Provide "hands and feet" on-site support for central system administrators, including physical verification of server status and equipment.
• Coordinate closely with central IT and application support teams to ensure site stability.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in similar IT administration roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, business applications, and software packages.
• Proven expertise in Operating System (OS) troubleshooting.
• Fluency in the English language.
