About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct User Support & Help Desk (on-site and remote) for routine hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage, track, and resolve tickets through the company's ticketing platform, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
- Prepare, configure (staging), and deploy new workstations including PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot client operating systems (Windows/macOS) and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, web browsers, and email clients.
- Install, update, and configure standard corporate applications according to company guidelines.
- Perform first-level infrastructure and ERP/SAP administrative tasks, including password resets and user account management.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in similar IT administration or support roles.
- Strong knowledge of local infrastructure management and Operating System (OS) troubleshooting.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Experience with SAP ERP is preferred.
