Honey Homes eliminates the hassle of home upkeep, replacing it with comfort and joy. Our 3,500+ members are each paired with a dedicated, fully-employed handyman who manages repairs, maintenance, and lightweight upgrades throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale Honey Homes’ hyperlocal growth engine across all markets
- Develop scalable local acquisition engines to drive neighborhood density and trust
- Own local presence through partnerships, member-ambassadors, and community activations
- Create and scale the event and community activation program
- Build scalable partnership and referral channels with realtors, designers, and local businesses
- Create the operating system for local growth, including tooling, attribution, and reporting
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in growth, partnerships, field marketing, community, or business development
- Experience in consumer startups, marketplaces, or relationship-driven brands
- Proven ability to build scalable local acquisition systems or partnership programs
- Strong operational excellence and organizational skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build systems from scratch
- Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate workflows and execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or membership-based business models
- Background in local market expansion or brand activations
