Local Growth & Field Community Lead

Responsibilities

• Launch the Anchor Mission by enlisting respected customers to host events for prospects and influencers
• Identify and forge relationships with external stakeholders, prospects, and local trade associations
• Ideate, run, and measure the impact of local community gatherings and networking events
• Produce "raw and real" customer content using mobile devices for social media and sales decks
• Maintain and update local Field sales materials with fresh data and customer stories
• Collaborate with Regional Integrated Marketing, Field Sales, Account Managers, and Product Marketing teams
• Track pipeline attribution and link local activities to sales metrics
• Create data-backed monthly reports on brand engagement and sales wins

Requirements

• Proven experience and contacts within the hospitality industry
• Ability to film, edit, and write high-quality content solo using tools like Canva, iMovie, or Google Suite
• Experience running events, ideally within the hospitality sector
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and strategically
• Understanding of the sales cycle and ability to track offline impact on online growth
• Willingness to work "in the streets" and be highly mobile within assigned cities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Proficiency with Looker and Hootsuite
• Deep understanding of UTM tracking and QR code implementation for event analytics
