Local Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage product costing and inventory valuation in SAP in accordance with Group policies
• Ensure internal controls are applied and compliance with Corporate Policies is maintained
• Oversee accurate recording of financial transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, and fixed asset registers
• Monitor site performance, analyze business drivers, and explain variances to drive operational efficiency
• Partner with the Site Leadership Team to support budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial strategy
• Execute month-end close activities and coordinate with the service center on SAP entries
• Support Operations and Plant Managers with standard cost updates and related reporting
• Coordinate audits and liaise with internal and external auditors as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 8-10 years of controlling experience, ideally within a manufacturing or site environment
• Proficiency in SAP
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach
