Local Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Prospect relentlessly through cold outreach, community events, referrals, and networking to build a qualified pipeline.
• Consult with local business owners to diagnose marketing challenges and prescribe tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Develop and present strategic media plans with measurable outcomes to decision-makers.
• Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage territory effectively by maintaining an accurate CRM and forecasting sales activity.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver compelling client proposals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B outside or field sales, preferably in a consultative or solution-selling environment.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Working understanding of digital advertising and audience strategy.
• Valid Ontario G driver's licence and reliable transportation.
• Strong self-discipline and the ability to manage an independent schedule.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor pitches to diverse audiences.
