LOC Quality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver Local Operating Country (LOC) Quality Objectives and improvement plans
• Maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with Haleon standards, GMP, GDP, and local regulations
• Perform trending of Quality KPIs to support continuous improvement
• Manage the quality performance of assigned 3rd party contractors, service providers, and suppliers
• Coordinate LOC Quality Council meetings and participate in identifying quality issues
• Support risk management processes and perform quality impact assessments for planned changes
• Conduct self-inspections at the LOC and 3rd party service providers
• Support investigations and root cause analysis for deviations, audit findings, and customer complaints
• Ensure products supplied to the market meet quality, safety, and efficacy standards

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the life sciences industry
• Certified Pharmacist (mandatory)
• Experience with cGMP in pharma testing or secondary repacking
• Operational experience with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in warehousing and distribution
• Ability to make agile, evidence-based decisions balancing pace, rigor, and risk
