Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome hotel guests and visitors upon arrival in the lobby
• Identify guest needs and direct them to various outlets such as restaurants, bars, and galleries
• Accompany and redirect guests to establishment restaurants, specifically Joy and Fouquet’s
• Assist guests in the Gallery space to ensure smooth check-in conditions
• Coordinate with the Reception team to ensure fluid guest flow and placement
• Maintain guest comfort and experience during waiting periods
• Handle incoming calls for the brasserie when the telephone switchboard is saturated
• Manage professional and precise restaurant reservations
• Oversee the proper functioning and service quality of the Gallery
• Ensure client orders are taken within appropriate timeframes

Requirements

• Courteous and elegant demeanor
• Proficiency in English
• Comfort using new software and digital tools
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong sense of customer service and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit and rigor
