LoanIQ Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide SME expertise for LoanIQ implementation and integration, covering Accounting, General Ledger, Operations, and Regulatory Deliverables
• Analyze the impact of changes on front-to-back system flows and architecture
• Gather business requirements and create detailed technical specifications for RESTful services and data feeds
• Liaise with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Assist users in the setup and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture and compliance frameworks

Requirements

• SME knowledge of the LoanIQ application/data model (version 7+) and/or Syndicate Lending business
• 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of integration design, data flows, and technical specifications
• Solid understanding of accounting terminology and practices
• Proven experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance documentation, communication, and workflow productivity
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• English proficiency at a B2 Upper Intermediate level or higher
