Loan Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support lending staff in managing customer relationships and processing transactions
• Complete loan packages and maintain accurate loan file documentation
• Support loan accounting functions including wire transfers and ACH payments
• Manage information flow between loan officers, credit analysts, and customers
• Maintain a notary public license
• Ensure all work is compliant with company policies and internal controls

Requirements

• One or more years of related customer service or financial support experience
• Ability to input and maintain accurate data across multiple systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• High degree of accuracy in handling customer contact and business information

Preferred Qualifications

• Agricultural background or general knowledge of agricultural practices
