Loan Services Operations, Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and record keeping for syndicated bank loans held in various mutual fund and structured portfolios
• Process trades, book receipts and disbursements, and perform daily reconciliation of cash balances
• Produce daily roll-forward proof of portfolio holdings and accrual information
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reporting for internal and external customers
• Respond to customer queries and process bank loan notices received from agent banks
• Interact with Investment Managers to input/settle trades and provide daily reporting per client guidelines
• Identify and escalate any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy

Requirements

• BS/BA degree
• Experience in accounting or finance
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with an emphasis on collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mutual fund operations
• Experience in loan servicing or related financial careers
