Loan Services Operations Associate 2

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and record keeping for syndicated bank loans held in various mutual fund and structured portfolios
• Process trades, book receipts, and manage disbursements
• Conduct daily reconciliation of cash balances
• Produce daily roll-forward proof of portfolio holdings and accrual information
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reporting for internal and external customers
• Respond to daily customer queries and process bank loan notices from agent banks
• Interact with Investment Managers to input/settle trades and provide client-specific reporting
• Identify and escalate unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy

Requirements

• BS/BA degree
• Experience in accounting or finance
• Experience in mutual fund operations
• Experience in loan servicing

• Ability to work in a high-volume environment with aggressive deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with clients and internal service teams
