About the role
Responsibilities
- Book loans on the ITI core-accounting system accurately and efficiently
- Review loan documentation for completeness, correctness, and compliance
- Process all modifications, extensions, and renewals on the ITI system
- Book, fund, and pay off loans
- Build transaction blocks and run necessary entries for loan transactions
- Monitor Exception Reports for unscheduled transactions
- Prepare and submit monthly reports as directed by management
- Maintain billing records for processed branches
- Assist branches with error resolution
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous banking experience or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of bank operations, policies, and procedures
- Knowledge of general lending processes
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
- Strong detail orientation and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with the ITI system
