Loan Processor I

Responsibilities

• Book loans on the ITI core-accounting system accurately and efficiently
• Review loan documentation for completeness, correctness, and compliance
• Process all loan modifications, extensions, and renewals
• Book, fund, and pay off loans
• Build transaction blocks and run necessary entries for loan transactions
• Monitor Exception Reports for unscheduled transactions
• Prepare and submit monthly reports as directed by management
• Maintain billing records for processed branches
• Assist branches with error resolution

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Previous banking experience or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of bank operations, policies, and procedures
• Knowledge of general lending processes
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with the ITI system
