Loan Origination Specialist III - Closing Coordination

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the loan origination process and coordinate transaction closings through clear communication and proactive support.
• Review and verify legal loan documentation for compliance, accuracy, and operational feasibility.
• Manage an individual pipeline of active commercial loans and coordinate post-approval tasks from mandate to booking.
• Resolve routine issues in the loan process to maintain workflow continuity and mitigate operational risk.
• Advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements related to products, processes, and policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial loan products and documentation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of loan origination processes and documentation review.
• Strong skills in conflict management and issue resolution.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase lending standards and compliance processes.
• Experience in process automation and continuous improvement to optimize lending workflows.
• Proven track record of managing complex loan processes in high-pressure environments.
