Loan Origination Analyst - Loan Documentation

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver workflow automation and digital enhancements for loan origination and closing processes.
• Assist in the documentation and transaction closing process by ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately prepared.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to streamline lending processes using emerging technologies and automation tools.
• Support the adoption of digital platforms, data analytics, and AI-driven tools within the loan origination function.
• Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure efficient handling of loan transactions.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on new systems and technologies introduced through transformation efforts.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, and UI Path to automate reports and improve visibility.
• Experience in process improvement and the rollout of digital platforms, analytics, or AI-enabled tools.
• Expertise in loan origination processes and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated track record of driving innovation and transformation projects within financial services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead change.
• Proven ability to manage conflicts and facilitate discussions non-confrontationally.
