About the role
Responsibilities
- Process all loan financial information in the Business Development Department
- Prepare credit analysis reports and provide supporting services to lending offices
- Manage assigned loan portfolios and monitor borrower financial condition and performance
- Perform annual reviews of borrowers and develop new business through customer outreach
- Ensure all credit-related tasks comply with applicable rules, regulations, and BSA/AML/OFAC programs
- Assist department head with MIS reports and credit risk controls
- Perform monthly loan workout duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in credit, lending, or banking
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- College graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
- Ability to calculate complex financial figures including interest and commissions
- Ability to comply with strict regulatory rules and regulations
