Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by providing exceptional service to borrowers and real estate agents
- Support the end-to-end loan origination process from pre-approval to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage and follow up on mortgage leads to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Complete a phased four-month learning plan including SAFE licensing preparation and hands-on practice
- Collaborate with experienced Loan Officers and Managers through structured mentorship to transition into a full Loan Officer role
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator license within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant digital tools
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in-office full-time in Seattle, WA
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Previous experience in mortgage or financial services
