Loan Officer Development Program

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by providing exceptional service to borrowers and real estate agents
• Support the end-to-end loan origination process from pre-approval to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage and follow up on mortgage leads to maximize conversion opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Complete a phased four-month learning plan including SAFE licensing preparation and hands-on practice
• Collaborate with experienced Loan Officers and Managers through mentorship to transition into a full Loan Officer role

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in finance or business preferred)
• Ability to obtain a SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator license within 90 days of hire
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant digital tools
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Ability to work full-time in-office in Plano, TX, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in mortgage or financial services
• A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
