Loan IQ Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide expert functional input to the design and implementation of the Loan IQ platform
• Deliver functional support to project deliverables by liaising with global business teams
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including Business Requirements and Functional Specifications
• Provide guidance on native Loan IQ functionality such as customer onboarding, deal building, fee management, and collateral
• Drive booking model definitions and workflows for various Wholesale Lending products
• Conduct Loan IQ configuration and accounting mapping definition workshops
• Support test planning, execution, and migration strategy definition, including mapping exercises
• Collaborate with migration and integration leads across UK, US, and APAC regions to identify requirements

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience working with the Loan IQ platform
• Proven experience handling requirements for EMEA, UK, and APAC regions
• Experience writing comprehensive Business Requirements and Functional Specifications
• Proficiency in Visio, Confluence, and Jira
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work efficiently in an environment with frequently changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the ACBS application
• ISTQB or CBAP certification (or equivalent)
• CSM, CSPO, or JIRA certifications
