Loan Documentation and Processing Associate Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and review of loan documentation within a complex operations environment
• Process and close loans independently, including booking cash transactions and making payments
• Perform loan reconciliations, input general ledger entries, and execute complex calculations
• Identify and resolve problems related to loan processing through research and investigation
• Design and analyze moderately complex loan documentation reports to support management and control activities
• Minimize bank risk by adhering to audit and control policies and monitoring procedural errors
• Interact with external customers and internal stakeholders to exchange sensitive or complex information
• Make recommendations to management to support continuous process improvement

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a professional environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team atmosphere

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Canadian Loans Servicing is a plus
