Loan Closing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Par LSTA loan trades from trade date through settlement
• Support Wholesale Lending through daily processing, reviewing, reporting, and reconciliation
• Monitor lending operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for process changes
• Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency
• Create reports and presentations on performance for internal senior stakeholders
• Resolve issues by applying technical experience and identifying effective solutions

Requirements

• Relevant background in finance, economics, or a related discipline
• Experience supporting or processing LSTA Par or Distressed loan trades
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
