Loadout Associate

Responsibilities

• Load grocery products onto delivery trucks according to schedules and routes to maximize space and prevent damage
• Secure loads and unload return items from trailers
• Clean and organize production materials such as palletizes
• Organize and process recyclable materials
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition following safety regulations
• Conduct visual inspections of products and packaging for freshness and quality
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage
• Maintain accurate records of outgoing shipments and communicate with supervisors

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience or comfort working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively
• Forklift experience, specifically stand-up
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a repetitive, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Produce-handling experience
• Food safety certification
• Basic produce knowledge
• Previous experience in warehouse operations
