Loader Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate wheel or crawler loaders for handling construction and demolition waste
• Load and transfer material to crushers and transport vehicles
• Collaborate with crusher operators and team members for material sorting and processing
• Perform routine technical checks, basic maintenance, and care of machine equipment
• Maintain operational records regarding material handling and machine usage
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations in accordance with legislation
• Assist in optimizing work processes within the recycling plant and construction sites

Requirements

• Vocational certificate in a technical, mechanical, or construction field
• Valid loader operator license (experience with excavators is a plus)
• Valid driving licenses for categories B and T (category C is an advantage)
• Basic orientation in technical documentation and machine operation
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Clean criminal record

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating loaders in demolition or recycling environments
