Loader Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders to fill feeder bins at the asphalt plant
• Load trucks within the recycle yard
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment as required
• Adhere to all company safety policies and processes
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience operating loaders in a construction environment
• Knowledge of aggregates and the construction industry
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work periodic night shifts
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
