Loader

Responsibilities

• Check, shuttle, move, and perform all essential functions of the Loader
• Load trucks and place parts on trailers safely in accordance with manufacturing procedures
• Package, crate, or load items using various materials to ensure safe arrival and capacity loading
• Monitor trailer loads to ensure they do not exceed maximum allowable weight
• Unload and check items against freight bills, packing lists, or shipping notices
• Expedite work in process to meet production schedules
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain continuous improvement practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management systems
• Basic math skills for inventory calculations
• Forklift certification preferred
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to work location
