Responsibilities

• Facilitate staging, loading, and material handling for steel fabrication products
• Unload and load trucks and trailers
• Scan 100% of products loaded into trucks
• Report safety or quality concerns to Supervisor or Plant Manager immediately
• Prioritize safety and quality during all dock operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum one year of manufacturing or comparable work experience
• Minimum one year of forklift operation experience
• Proficiency with basic measuring instruments and general mathematics
• Ability to work with power hand tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with overhead cranes
• Willingness to train and certify on forklift and overhead crane operations
