About the Company
Pro à Pro, a subsidiary of the Metro group, is a major player in the delivery of food products for collective catering (schools, universities, hospitals, retirement homes, etc.) and restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Ensure traceability of pallets, rolls, and loaded products in a frozen environment
- Monitor loading quality based on routes and compliance with hygiene rules (cold chain / food safety)
- Perform end-of-shift tasks including tidying and cleaning loading docks
- Maintain equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the work area
