Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders following company standards
• Perform inventory activities including cycle counts and stock rotation
• Sort, label, and organize materials to maintain warehouse layout
• Prepare shipments including shrink-wrapping and pad wrapping
• Load and unload trucks safely using approved methods and equipment
• Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems or handheld scanners
• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards following 5S guidelines
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and PPE requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and maneuver furniture up to 150+ lbs with assistance
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, specifically furniture
