Load Planner

Responsibilities

• Produce weight and balance documentation for all Etihad flights, ensuring regulatory and company standards are met
• Perform load planning for various aircraft types, including flight creation and zero fuel weight calculations
• Generate Loading Instruction Reports (LIR) and preliminary/final load and trim sheets
• Optimize aircraft payload and fuel uplift by managing ULD hold versions and load distribution to achieve CG targets
• Coordinate with stakeholders including flight crew, cargo handling agents, Flight Dispatch, and Ramp Supervisors
• Ensure timely transmission of post-flight messages such as CPM, LDM, and UCM
• Identify and report hazards or operational risks to appropriate management

Requirements

• Secondary school education
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
