About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface between business units and functions for all LoA-related topics to ensure alignment.
- Coordinate and moderate LoA meetings at the management level, including preparation and follow-up documentation.
- Provide active consulting and guidance to project teams regarding LoA processes and the Salesforce LoA tool.
- Drive continuous improvement of the LoA process by identifying and implementing optimization enhancements.
- Ensure the correct application of the LoA process, including timely submissions and validation of data accuracy and consistency.
- Initiate, document, and track LoA approvals in Salesforce, communicating relevant updates to the LoA community.
Requirements
- University degree in an engineering or commercial discipline.
- Long-term relevant experience in complex project environments, ideally within international and interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of bid approval and risk management processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ad hoc requests under time pressure with high diligence.
- Experience in stakeholder management up to senior leadership levels.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
