LO Planner

Responsibilities

• Generate and monitor shipment production plans based on customer requirements in coordination with the production department
• Ensure compliance with shipping programs and customer requirements to guarantee just-in-time deliveries and lean logistics
• Manage material supply from suppliers to prevent line stoppages or extraordinary costs due to material shortages
• Plan and execute optimal inventory control based on established company guidelines
• Design and improve product packaging while verifying compliance with customer and supplier specifications
• Manage customer charges efficiently and execute logistical activities related to engineering changes

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar logistics or planning position
• Conversational English skills
• Experience with physical and virtual warehouse management using SAP
• Experience with time and motion analysis and internal logistics management is preferred
