LNP Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Encapsulate genetic payloads including mRNA, Circular RNA, and sgRNA within lipids
• Perform LNP purification and concentration using ultrafiltration, TFF, sterile filtration, and FPLC methods
• Execute antibody decorated LNP processes following SOP guidance
• Conduct in-process QC for LNP size, zeta potential, PDI, and encapsulation efficiency
• Prepare final products for shipment including filtering, aliquot filling, and labeling
• Maintain comprehensive production records in accordance with ISO 9001
• Manage inventory and proactively order production materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Chemistry
• Experience with mRNA or Lipid Nanoparticles (LNP) preferred
• Proficiency in PCR, HPLC, or enzymatic reactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
