About the role
Responsibilities
- Encapsulate genetic payloads including mRNA, Circular RNA, and sgRNA within lipids
- Perform LNP purification and concentration using ultrafiltration, TFF, sterile filtration, and FPLC methods
- Execute antibody decorated LNP processes following SOP guidance
- Conduct in-process QC for LNP size, zeta potential, PDI, and encapsulation efficiency
- Prepare final products for shipment including filtering, aliquot filling, and labeling
- Maintain comprehensive production records in accordance with ISO 9001
- Manage inventory and proactively order production materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Chemistry
- Experience with mRNA or Lipid Nanoparticles (LNP) preferred
- Proficiency in PCR, HPLC, or enzymatic reactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
