LNG & LNG-to-Power IPP Bid Manager (Technical)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop LNG-to-Power and Gas IPP competitive bid documents and reports
• Structure and compile complete technical and commercial proposal volumes
• Ensure compliance with RFP and tender requirements
• Define overall LNG-to-Power configuration including FSRU or Onshore Terminal and CCGT
• Establish key technical parameters such as plant capacity, availability guarantees, and heat rate assumptions
• Identify interface risks between the LNG terminal and the power plant
• Develop early-stage feasibility studies and support site assessment
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs across engineering, commercial, and financial teams

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in the LNG or Oil & Gas industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• MBA degree
• Direct involvement in at least 2–3 IPP bidding cycles
• Experience coordinating financial model inputs with technical assumptions

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to LNG-to-Power or Gas-to-Power projects
• Experience in Asia, Middle East, or emerging markets
• Experience interfacing with lenders and financial advisors
