About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and manage training events and sessions in the LMS
- Assign and track induction curriculum for new employees
- Launch and track completion of web-based training (WBT) modules
- Maintain and cleanse manpower and training data in LMS and related systems
- Generate reports on training metrics, feedback, certifications, and KPIs
- Communicate training calendars and manage logistics like hotel and transport coordination
- Act as a single point of contact for dealer HR managers and trainers
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience with LMS administration and training coordination
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools, LMS platforms, Tableau, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail automotive training coordination
