LMS Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as the Associate Administrator for the site’s Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance with Zoetis Quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Administer the LMS platform, including user account management, course enrollment, permissions, and workflow configuration.
• Upload, organize, and manage learning content under the guidance of the Training Team Lead.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and generate reports on user activity and course completion.
• Train Team Leads on how to navigate the LMS dashboard and utilize reporting tools.
• Collaborate with trainers to support course development, deployment, and the tracking of technical skill development.
• Support audit processes by providing learner completion reports and maintaining organized training documentation.
• Serve as a presenter for new employee orientation programs as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of college education or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience working within regulatory compliance frameworks such as GMP, GDP, or GLP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SAP.
• Experience using eLearning development tools such as Articulate or Storyline.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs and standing for long periods.
