LMOC Operator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and execute local, mobile, and LSB training missions to support the EWOTIM Program
• Communicate Electronic Warfare Threat To Air Operations (EW TTAO) systems capabilities and limitations
• Interpret exercise Air Tasking Orders (ATOs), Airspace Control Orders (ACOs), and communication plans
• Configure the Common Tactical Picture (CTP) digital coordination cards for track source correlation
• Operate analog and digital communication systems and maintain familiarity with adversary force tactics
• Direct and coordinate with ESO, JTE, and LSB Operators for daily mission accomplishment
• Conduct multi-lateral communications to coordinate with Liaison Officers and perform real-time system management
• Generate mission feedback reports and coordinate with technical leads to ensure system operability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of specialized experience, or 11 years of specialized experience
• Expertise in Electronic Warfare Radar Threat Systems and Multiple Threat Emitter System (MUTES)
• Required Radar Technician Operator skillset
• Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
• Valid US or local driver’s license and a valid US passport
• Eligibility for NATO Secret Indoctrination
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Former United States Air Force (USAF) Air Battle Manager (ABM)
• Evaluator United States Army Air Defense Artillery Fire Control Officers (ADAFCO)
• Evaluator JT-102 Tactical Data Link Advanced Joint Interoperability Course (MAJIC) Certification
