LLM/AI Agents Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize multi-modal AI agents processing text, images, videos, and audio
• Fine-tune LLMs for latency, accuracy, and contextual understanding
• Integrate AI agents into software ecosystems like CRMs, ERPs, and cloud platforms
• Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge augmentation techniques
• Implement prompt engineering, contextual memory, and fine-tuning
• Develop API-based and embedded agent solutions for web, mobile, and desktop
• Build and optimize speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) models
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams for production deployment

Requirements

• Strong experience with LLMs and AI frameworks (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA)
• Prior experience working with AI agents and multi-agent systems
• Experience with multi-modal AI processing
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain)
• Hands-on experience in fine-tuning and deploying LLMs
• Knowledge of software integrations via APIs, SDKs, and enterprise software
• Experience with RAG systems, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone)
• Familiarity with ASR and TTS technologies (Whisper, Deepgram)
• Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with edge AI deployments for mobile and embedded devices
• Experience with graph neural networks (GNNs)
• Knowledge of Reinforcement learning techniques
